EIT EOS in trainingOur EIT (E-I-T) level connects the lesson program with the first level of our competitive program (EOS). Athletes learn more formalized stroke technique of all four strokes, designed to make them more efficient and faster. Athletes also learn how  to practice (intervals, lane etiquette, listening comprehension, verbal/non-verbal cues).  After completing this program, athletes can tryout for our competitive team (EOS level), or continue to train for their own enjoyment/learning!Pre-Requisites: Knowledge of Freestyle and Backstroke and independence in the water.

Our EIT (E-I-T) level connects the lesson program with the first level of our competitive program (EOS). Pre-Requisites: Knowledge of Freestyle and Backstroke and independence in the water.

BIT BLAZE in trainingOur BIT (B-I-T) level focuses on learning and maintaining stroke technique over a long duration/distance. Training all four competitive stroke, athletes also learn how to practice, preparing middle school athletes for any of the following: Tryout for our competitive program (BLAZE level), participation on their middle school swim team, participation on a summer league swim team, or exercise/stroke technique improvement (non-competitive).Pre-Requisites: Knowledge of all 4 competitive strokes and endurance to maintain stroke over distance.

Our BIT (B-I-T) level focuses on learning and maintaining stroke technique over a long duration/distance. Training all four competitive stroke, athletes also learn how to practice, preparing middle school athletes for any of the following: Tryout for our competitive program (BLAZE level), participation on their middle school swim team, participation on a summer league swim team, or exercise/stroke technique improvement (non-competitive).

HIT HEAT in trainingOur HIT (H-I-T) level is for high school athletes who want stroke, speed, and endurance coaching.  This type of practice setup is ideal for those athletes who want to tryout for our competitive team (HEAT level), who want to tryout for their High School Swim Team, who are multisport athletes that cannot commit to swimming as their only sport due to scheduling, or those who want to use swimming as a workout/form of exercise!Pre-Requisites: Knowledge of all 4 competitive strokes and endurance to maintain stroke over distance.

HEAT in training

Our HIT (H-I-T) level is for high school athletes who want stroke, speed, and endurance coaching. This type of practice setup is ideal for those athletes who want to tryout for our competitive team (HEAT level), who want to tryout for their High School Swim Team, who are multisport athletes that cannot commit to swimming as their only sport due to scheduling, or those who want to use swimming as a workout/form of exercise!
